• Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course content for biology classes.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Assess student understanding through classwork, experiments, assignments, and exams, providing feedback to help students improve.
• Classroom Management: Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and orderly learning environment.
• Communication: Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents, sharing feedback on student progress and addressing concerns.
• Professional Development: Participate in relevant trainings and workshops.
