Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Onboarding & Client Lifecycle Specialist. In this role, you will:
  • Perform onboarding processes including document review and account set-up.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards, and policies.
  • Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and policy breaches and act proactively to prevent their occurrence.
  • Provide advisory and hotline support to internal clients. Business partners include, but are not limited to, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Business Risk Management, and Project teams.
  • Engage in process improvement projects to streamline and automate document review and static data update processes.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in wealth management onboarding, client lifecycle maintenance, or related operations roles.
  • Working knowledge of Hong Kong and/or Singapore regulatory landscape preferred.
  • Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
  • Experience in leading and/or implementing process changes and automation is an advantage.
