Job Description
Requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client prospecting, and competitive analysis
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business success
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and industry stakeholders
- Conduct client training sessions and workshops to support product application and knowledge
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
- Track and follow up on payment status and ensure timely collections
- Analyze customer needs and recommend product solutions that meet both technical and commercial requirements
- Attend sales meetings, brief the sales force, and participate in business planning activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the construction or engineering industries
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering; qualifications in Civil or Chemical Engineering will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive and self-driven mindset
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferably own car)
