Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Safely transport staff to and from meetings and appointments in a timely manner
- Coordinate with HR to plan and schedule transport arrangements
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for servicing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of the assigned vehicle
- Ensure all vehicle documentation (e.g., insurance, rental, registration) is current and legally compliant
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to determine optimal travel routes
- Strictly adhere to road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from the vehicle
- Maintain an accurate vehicle log for reporting purposes to HR
- Ensure all activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid class 3 or 4 driving license
- More than 2 years of driving experience
- Good knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and local routes
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
