We are looking for a friendly and professional Dining Attendant to join our team and provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is attentive, courteous, and passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints or special requests efficiently.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food handling procedures.
• Process bills and payments accurately if required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
