Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the precast concrete sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure client requirements and delivery timelines are met.
  • Oversee bid preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Track project pipelines, sales forecasts, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the construction, precast concrete, or building materials industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network within the construction and infrastructure ecosystem (contractors, consultants, public works, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of precast concrete systems, products, and applications.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and large customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, client meetings, and regional offices.
