Job Scope:

• As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target.

• Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-in based on availability.

• Understand customer's needs and wants and perform professional .consultation to recommend company's treatments and products.

• Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments.

• Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets.

• Required to comply with all workplace health and safety standards.

• Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.

• Read and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, hair removal and more.

- Offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on clients' needs.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and treatment areas.

- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

- Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Min 1 years experience in Aesthetics / Beauty industries.

• Sales oriented and customer focus.

• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care and treatment).

• Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets.

• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Good work attitude and willingness to learn.

Work hours:

* Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm

*Annal leave up to 14 days
