We are a Singapore-based logistics and service provider seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of staff in daily operations

• Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor performance and provide training or guidance when necessary

• Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and efficiency

• Handle staff-related matters, reporting, and operational issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in logistics or related industries

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
