2. *Experience:* A minimum of 5 years of experience in practicing and teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

3. *Good Attitude:* A positive and encouraging approach to teaching, with the ability to foster a friendly and respectful training environment.

4. *Pedagogical Skills:* Experience in developing and implementing a structured curriculum that caters to different skill levels.

5. *Communication:* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex techniques in an understandable manner.
