Associate (6-month contract)

- E-Trading team to support sales operations.

Location: Suntec

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Description:

• Coordinate with our HQ in Korea, suppliers in Korea and China, customers in Indonesia, and warehouses.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and quality issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Process PO orders, manage goods returns, and handle sales entries through SAP.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
• Ensure month-end stock records align with warehouse reports.
• Review monthly sales reports in terms of sales amounts and profits.
• Monitor slow-moving stock and aging AR to ensure effective debt management.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong willingness to learn
• Prior experience not needed, OJT provided
• Immediate availability
• Entitled to full-time benefits
