Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning, maintenance, installation tasks, and assisting with facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties across designated facilities (e.g. vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, etc.)

• Support installation works as instructed.

• Notify supervisors of any low supplies, damaged equipment, or facility issues that require attention or repair.

• Assist in deliveries.

• Perform general housekeeping in the warehouse and storage areas.

• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safety and effectively.

• Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager or the Management.

Preferred Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items.

• Comfortable operating heavy equipment and cleaning tools.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.

• Basic English proficiency - able to read instructions and communicate effectively.

• Willing to work overtime, including after hours and on weekends, when required.

• A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills, honest, responsible, and reliable.
