Duties / Scope of Works

- Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers

- Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently

- Assign jobs to drivers through PSA. Haulier Community System

- Monitor and track job progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely

- Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix-Net GPS Tracking System in real time

- Communicate and handle drivers' feedback and problems efficiently

- Process and handle documentation through PSA. Portnet System

- Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online

- Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer trucking

- Communicate closely with Operations Assistant Manager to improve and maximize company resources

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

- With/Without experience

Working Conditions:

- Office-based role

- Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.15 pm (Monday to Friday) (Alt. Saturday: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm)

- Job Type: Full Time

- Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
