Hybrid Role:

Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan, create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
• Write career stories, testimonials and highlight the GEN team culture
• Design visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose training sessions, interviews and webinars into shareable content
• Track and analyse content engagement performance

Recruitment & Candidate Engagement (Training provided!)

• Manage and track incoming applications ( ExploreFirst, Career Trial, direct applicants )
• Shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest and fit
• Maintain the recruitment database and reports
• Provide a warm and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

Who we are looking for:

• Singaporean only
• Min 1 year hands-on skills in content creation: Canva (design), CapCut/ Adobe Premiere (video editing), TikTok/ Instagram/ Linkedin (short-form content)
• Strong writing ability for career stories, testimonials and social posts
• Interest to learn about the financial advisory industry
