Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of special purpose machinery
• Position Title: Associate HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.45pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport allowance + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end work pass processes (applications, renewals, cancellations).
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HRIS workflows.
• Drive engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support payroll and benefits; administer time & attendance and leave, coordinating with payroll.
• Assist on any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
