6 days weeks / ($2.5k - $3.5k)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
• Preparation of necessary report and presentation materials for meetings
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Prepare of monthly progress claim
• Conduct site inspections to check that work complies with approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Effective communication with multi-disciplinary teams
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with associates)
• Ability to manage timelines and solve problems under pressure
