Job Responsibilities
Requirements
- Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.
- Control and Maintains project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems in specific to manpower and materials / tools needed.
- Support in sourcing project material, tools, and equipment to support the start and during the course of the projects.
- Account and maintain the inventory of material, tools, and equipment of the projects before/during/after.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Acts as safety ground coordinator to ensure safety awareness and maintenance of the ground staff.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Training will be provided.
- Fresh graduate preferred. (ITE, N-Level, or O-Level)
- Salary will depend on experience and academic qualifications.
Requirements
- Candidate shall possess at minimal ITE or NITEC Qualification or equivalence education qualification.
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Shall have mind-set on people-oriented, administrative skills, dateline-driven, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
