About the Role:
We are a Singapore-based subsidiary of a global oilfield services company, providing research & development, product manufacturing, logistics support, and operational services. This role offers the opportunity to lead finance operations, handle cross-border transactions, and work closely with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function and supervise daily operations including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Manage international financial transactions and intercompany settlements.
• Collaborate with overseas offices to consolidate financial reports and support global business operations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations and liaise with auditors.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of finance experience, preferably with multinational or cross-border exposure.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, corporate finance, and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
