Key Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair techniques.
• Remove, repair, or replace damaged panels and body components.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to reshape and align panels.
• Perform welding, grinding, filling, and sanding to smooth out repairs.
• Fit and align new body parts to restore the vehicle's shape.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Work with painters to prepare surfaces for painting.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and work completed.

Job Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Panel Beater/Body Repair Technician.
✅ Knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools.
✅ Ability to work with sheet metal, plastic, and composite materials.
✅ Experience with welding, grinding, and filler applications.
✅ Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair instructions.
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
✅ Physically fit and able to handle heavy tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ Certification in Automotive Body Repair or relevant trade qualifications.
➕ Experience working in an automotive workshop or body repair shop.
