Working hours:

• Weekdays: 11:00am - 8:00pm / 12:00pm - 9:00pm
• Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation on hair and scalp concerns
• Administer hands-on treatments (training provided)
• Perform general duties - answer calls, assist with point-of-sales system
• Conduct after-treatment follow-ups with clients

Requirements

• Service-oriented and able to build rapport with customers
• Able to commit to rotating work schedules (including weekends and public holidays)
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors is highly advantageous
