• Responsibilities divided between e-commerce order management (50%) and product picking/packing (50%)
• Oversee order processing across online platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Retrieve products from inventory and prepare them for dispatch
• Package items securely in line with shipping requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
