Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, manage daily store operations, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for fresh, healthy food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Monitor store performance, stock levels, and customer feedback
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain fresh and diverse fruit offerings
• Prepare sales reports and recommend improvements for operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales or retail management (experience in food/produce is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
