Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Japanese Language Teacher to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students of various proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners. The role involves both online and in-person teaching, curriculum development, student assessment, and providing academic support to ensure effective language acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare, and deliver interactive Japanese language lessons.
• Teach students in both group and individual settings (online and offline).
• Assess students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their language goals.
• Develop lesson materials aligned with the curriculum framework.
• Foster an inclusive and motivating classroom environment.
• Support extracurricular language and cultural activities where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.
• Professional teaching qualification or certification (JLPT N1 preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in language education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach students of diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms is an advantage.
