Lead Aventis' Strategic Expansion in Southeast Asia

Aventis Graduate School is seeking a visionary, results-oriented Country Manager to lead our regional growth across Southeast Asia. This senior appointment empowers you to shape postgraduate education by building strong partnerships, driving student recruitment, and establishing Aventis as the preferred choice for working professionals in one of the world's fastest-growing regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Student Recruitment:
  Drive enrolment for Aventis' postgraduate and executive programmes across key Southeast Asian markets
  Identify new market opportunities, region-specific strategies, and emerging trends
  Represent Aventis at education fairs, industry conferences, and partner meetings
• Partnerships & Institutional Collaboration:
  Build and manage partnerships with universities, education agents, corporates, and government bodies throughout Southeast Asia
  Negotiate strategic agreements-articulation, dual-degree, franchise-that support Aventis' goals
  Align programme offerings with regional market needs
• Regulatory Compliance & Operations:
  Ensure compliance with local regulations for education, advertising, and data
  Set up and oversee regional operations including administrative and legal functions
  Provide timely market insights and business reports to Singapore HQ
• Marketing & Brand Building:
  Localise and execute marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia
  Build Aventis' brand presence through digital outreach, alumni engagement, and media initiatives
  Organise events to increase visibility and drive programme uptake

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in international education, student recruitment, or business development within Southeast Asia
• Proven track record in market expansion and forming strategic partnerships
• Strong understanding of the region's education sector and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English proficiency required and knowledge of local languages preferred
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and adaptable
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
