Job description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage customer accounts
- Visit retailers' outlets to maintain and upgrade marketing displays and demos
- Follow up and understand existing customers ordering and promotions
- Follow up on marketing events / activities / deadlines
- Produce marketing materials as and when required
- Monitor and manage social media platforms to ensure posting is done regularly and content is appropriate
- Roadshow and exhibition setup (mostly local, sometimes overseas)
- Plan and execute eCommerce marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
- Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of NetSuite will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of eCommerce marketing preferred
- Written and spoken English
