Role Summary

Strategic Sales Manager to lead dynamic sales team and drive growth in Oil & Gas instrumentation valves market through team leadership, client relationship management and strategic business development.

Key Duties

  • Lead and mentor sales team to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and conduct comprehensive market analysis
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key client relationships across Oil & Gas sector

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering with proven sales strategy and team leadership track record
  • Oil & Gas customers or instrumentation/valves experience strongly preferred
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle preferred for client meetings
