• Position: Solar Project Manager
• Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 + Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and install solar energy systems including hands-on implementation on-site and managing the full construction process from pre- to post construction
• Manage project Profit and Loss (P&L) to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Lead and manage installation teams, acting as the key contact point between the company and the client during the construction stage
• Create and execute project work plans, revise as needed, and ensure a smooth delivery and project completion
• Identify and mitigate potential safety risks and ensure all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements are met
• Participate in continuous improvement planning to enhance project delivery processes

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 3 years of experience in Solar Project Management
• Experience in solar project execution, particularly with SolarNova, is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in energy modeling software (PVsyst), Autocad, and construction modeling software is required
