The Private Residence Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and daily operations of a private residence. This role ensures the seamless functioning, maintenance, safety and security of the property while delivering the highest standard of service and discretion.

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring well maintainace of all areas of the private residence property
• Coordinate and supervise external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other specialized services
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial reporting, ensuring cost-efficiency and transparency
• Plan and oversee renovation and improvement projects, including contractor management and quality control
• Maintain household systems and equipment
• Coordinate personal and household services
• Manage the executive and family calendars, including appointments and travel arrangements
• Oversee the purchasing and inventory of household items and supplies
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the residence
