- Assist with healthcare or insurance industries
- Schedule appointments and manage high-volume patient inquiries
- Provide information on procedures and services for Dental Clinic
- Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows
- Identify patient needs and provide personalised solutions
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations
- Support projects as assigned by management
- Work in team with the Customer Service Department
Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in call operator
- Min O level
- Working hours 5.5 days a week ( Weekend WFH)
- Proficient in computer skills
