Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious targets
- Develop high-performing sales professionals through coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance
- Foster collaborative team environment while driving individual and collective success
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to capture market opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and trends
- Drive strategic initiatives that position the company as the leading instrumentation valve provider
Client Relationship Excellence
- Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key client relationships across Oil & Gas sector
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with major industry players and decision-makers
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic accounts and complex technical discussions
Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize team effectiveness
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports and strategic recommendations for Sales Director
- Implement data-driven approaches to forecast sales trends and market opportunities
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Additional qualifications in business management or sales are advantageous
Professional Experience
- Proven track record in sales strategy development and successful team leadership
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with Oil & Gas customers or instrumentation/valves strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
Core Competencies
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong contract negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning

- Technical Acumen: Understanding of instrumentation valves and Oil & Gas applications
Additional Requirements
- Valid Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle preferred
