We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at this new boutique aesthetic clinic. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic workflow, excellent customer service, and basic administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations (appointments, staff schedules, cleanliness)
• Ensure excellent patient experience and handle customer inquiries or concerns
• Support doctors and therapists during busy periods
• Track inventory and order clinic supplies when needed
• Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines and clinic protocols
• Basic admin duties: patient records, invoicing, and reporting
• Assist in social media posts, promotions, and clinic events (if required)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry
• Knowledge of MOH guidelines and clinic licensing regulations in Singapore
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office tools
