Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Teacher Aide (Discipline) Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with Admin Manager and Principal / Vice Principals in an MOE Secondary School (nearest MRT- Admiralty ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
(a) contacting parents of students (or students) regarding school disciplinary matters such as latecoming, behavioural issues;
(b) carrying out duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, patrolling duty;
(c) preparing discipline data/reports needed by HOD/Student Management such as student latecoming, absenteeism;
(d) managing students who are given detention, in-house suspension.
(e) rendering support to school events, when necessary;
(f) perform simple administrative tasks as assigned by Principal/Vice- Principal/Key
Personnel.
Job Requirements:
a) Experience working in a secondary school
b) Experience in a student management role or similar capacities
c) Good communication and inter-personal skills especially with students
d) Proficient in MS Office especially word document and spreadsheet.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Working Hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
