Job Responsibilities:
- Providing warm welcome to customers and introduce daily specials and new menu items, answer questions, and process orders and payments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining cleanliness, by tidying up, cleaning, washing etc, ensuring a smooth operation to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol.
- Ensuring sufficient stock by monitoring stock level, replenishment, and handling stock delivery upon arrival.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in food and beverage preparation is preferred.
- Experience with specialty coffee is an advantage.
- Strong passion for coffee with the ability to share its story.
- Eagerness to continually enhance knowledge of coffee varieties.
- Strong focus on customer service and experience.
