Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be a key member within the finance team, responsible for the overall financial health and operational integrity of the company. This role will manage accounting and financial reporting functions while also taking a strategic business role to ensure effective financial management, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Guide the accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly management reports and financial schedules.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company has sufficient funds for operations and strategic investments.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to departmental heads, helping them to optimize spending and achieve financial targets.
• Contribute to key business initiatives, including system enhancements with automation and AI support, and other special projects and duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of relevant experience in related field
• Deep understanding of business and financial risk management, accounting standards and/or treasury functions will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
