We are seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Senior Manager / Vice President to lead finance operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial performance. Position: Finance Senior Manager / VP
Location: North Region, Singapore
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Oversee policies, processes and delivery of payments, payroll, and credit control function
• Ensure right policies and procedures are in place to drive the desired financial outcome.
• Ensure timely and accurate revenue accruals.
• Establish strong internal controls and identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive transformation of finance operations that is in compliant with policies and regulations.
• Responsible for payroll budgeting.
• Lead the implementation of new reporting systems such as SAP

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of finance/accounting experience in commercial or professional accounting firms.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP and other reporting tools will be an advantage
