We are seeking a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to provide corporate and commercial legal support. If you enjoy advising on contracts, compliance, and governance while collaborating with stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you!

Position: Legal Counsel
Location: North Region, Singapore
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates

Requirements:

• Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or with a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulator compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
