Job Title: Project Manager (ID8373)
Location: Yio Chu Kang, Singapore
Working Hour:Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
Salary: $6000 - $7000

Job Description:
-Managing the project planning construction works at the site.
-Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations.
-Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans/ construction drawings, quality standard procedure, safety requirements & in a timely manner.
-Implement quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring all work complies with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
-Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
-Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management/ consultants/ clients.
-Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and delays that may arise during construction.
-Oversee the acquisition of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
-Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
-Preferably experience in local private residential or landed houses project.

Requirement:
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
-Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and construction crews
-Strong knowledge of building processes, regulations, and safety standards
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
-Possess a degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA, Architecture recognised by BOA.
-Proficient with in software, e.g. AutoCAD, Microsoft office etc.
