Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support to the department, include preparing of the documents and reports
• Receive, screen and register patients into the clinical system
• Address any inquires / feedback or any other concerns from patients
• Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and/or any other procedures
• Obtains and verifies patient billing information before collecting payment
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all unit facilities, equipment and tidy the general appearance of the counter
• Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
• Handle incoming phone calls and making of appointments
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Clinic Manager
Requirements
• Related working experience in healthcare and understanding of medical terminology/ abbreviations/ jargon will be added advantage
• Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office Advantage
• Meticulous, eye for details, precise, organised and efficient
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Effective team player and able to work in fast paced environment
• 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday; Half Saturday)
• Location: Orchard
