Location: Queenstown
Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + Variable bonus
Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri : Office Hours
• 1 Sat per month : Half Day (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle motor & general insurance administration, including quotations, renewals, and policy issuance
• Liaise with insurers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing
• Update records and transactions accurately in the system
• Manage customer inquiries (email/phone) with high service standards
• Ensure compliance with industry documentation and company policies
• Support insurance sales and ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Must hold General Insurance Certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI)
• At least 2 years of relevant insurance-related experience
