Patent Executive with 3 to 4 years patent practice including drafting patents, filing and prosecuting patent applications. To conduct patent search an analysis for business leader. Perform infringement analysis, patent licencing due diligence, analysis and competitors' IP analysis.

. Manage patent portfolio including drafting patents, filing and prosecuting patent applications.

. Reviewing specifications, search and examination reports.

. Advising on patent laws and procedures, on strategies and courses of actions available to clients.

. Assisting with the day-to-day development and management of key client relationships.

. Developing and setting in place internal work processes and guidance.

. Undertaking such other tasks/projects as may be assigned from time to time.
