Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term business value. This role requires a mix of consultative engagement, strategic account management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• \tServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.

• \tDevelop a deep understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and industry landscape.

• \tIdentify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or introduce new solutions that meet client needs.

• \tManage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, service delivery oversight, and renewal.

• \tCollaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical, and support) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

• \tMonitor account performance, conduct regular business reviews, and provide actionable insights.

• \tResolve escalations promptly and effectively to maintain client trust.

• \tContribute to revenue growth targets by managing pipelines and driving account expansion.

• \tMaintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM tools.

• \tStay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

• \tBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

• \tStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.

• \tProven track record of achieving sales or retention targets.

• \tExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• \tAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

• \tProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• \tCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.

Preferred Skills
