• Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
• Position Title: Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out & Carpentry)
• Working Location: Depending on project site
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with
• contractual requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors on all project-related matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications and industry
• standards.
• Manage project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover
• to clients.
• Foster good team morale and teamwork within the project team.
• Ensure safety regulations are strictly observed at all work sites.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in site coordination and project management.
• Knowledge of Interior Design, Carpentry, or Joinery is preferred.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to commence work within short notice is an advantage.
