We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of corporate office interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate combines technical construction expertise, leadership, and contractor management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Construction Execution & Site Management: Proven ability to oversee site mobilization, daily construction activities, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Technical & Drawing Interpretation: Strong capability to read, interpret, and act upon architectural and M&E drawings; identify site discrepancies and buildability issues.
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Skilled in managing multiple trade contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality workmanship.
• Quality & Compliance Oversight: Knowledgeable in HSSE requirements, statutory codes, and safety regulations; capable of performing daily inspections and ensuring compliance.
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead the teams on site, conduct site meetings, and monitor contractor performance.
• Communication & Documentation: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting, documenting meetings, and managing handover processes.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Proactive in identifying construction risks, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project close-out.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate office interior fit-out projects; MNC exposure preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Highly independent, safety-conscious, and a collaborative team player.
