Key Responsibilities:

• Interview loan applicants to determine financial eligibility and repayment ability.
• Analyze credit data, financial statements, and other relevant information to assess risk.
• Present loan options and terms to clients, clearly explaining products and services.
• Guide applicants through the loan process from application to closing.
• Ensure all loan documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Submit applications to credit analysts and underwriters for final evaluation.
• Follow up with clients and other involved parties to ensure timely loan processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Stay current on lending regulations, market trends, and financial products.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer service goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Processor, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant banking and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
