Key Roles:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool centre, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements (e.g. ECDA).
• Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to maintain quality standards of teaching, care, and professionalism.
• Ensure age-appropriate and effective implementation of the preschool curriculum in alignment with early childhood education frameworks.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children's holistic development.
• Manage centre administration tasks.
• Maintain positive partnerships with parents through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
• Support professional development and performance reviews of teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL/ADECL) & Relevant Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Previous supervisory experience in childcare settings is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
• Understanding and respect for Islamic values and practices
• Prior experience and knowledge in Right Brain Education is an advantage
