Job Responsibilities:

• Providing cross-functional representation for Corporate Services and Real Estate (CSRE) across the region.

• Managed regional real estate portfolio and related services in alignment with global functions and programs.

• Oversaw facilities management, business services (reception, conference services, travel, pantry, food services), and portfolio business support.

• Partnered with corporate security and coordinated corporate events.

• Directed vendor management, procurement, and real estate projects, including lease negotiation, budgeting, design, and construction.

• Developed real estate strategies and analytics, including occupancy reporting and growth/contraction planning.

• Supervised local Office Managers across Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and India.

• Served as the primary liaison with senior regional management.

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
