About the Role

We are a friendly medical clinic looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates seeking stable, regular hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the front desk
• Answer phone call enquiries
• Handle billing and payments, including e-submissions for managed healthcare claims
• Manage patient records and assist with simple administrative tasks
• Ensure cleanliness and proper stock of clinic supplies

Requirements

• No prior experience required - training will be provided
• Previous experience in clinics or customer service will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Able to work a 5.5-day week during office hours
• This position is open to Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents only
