Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food prep: washing, chopping, portioning ingredients
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen
• Independently prepare online and catering orders
• Support plating and presentation for consistent quality
• Manage inventory and restock supplies
• Uphold food safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a kitchen assistant or food prep role
• Hands-on experience with Indian and South Asian dishes
• Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
