Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Assessment:Conducting thorough skin and body analyses to identify clients' needs.
  Consulting with clients to understand their expectations and goals for beauty treatments.
• Service Delivery:Performing a range of treatments, such as facials, manicures, pedicures, and massages.
  Providing hair removal services using techniques like waxing and electrolysis.
  Applying makeup and giving advice on beauty products and techniques.
  Performing specialized treatments like skin peels, body wraps, and skin rejuvenation.
• Client Education & Aftercare:Educating clients on the benefits and procedures of various beauty treatments.
  Providing guidance on skincare products and at-home regimens to maintain results.
• Salon Operations:Managing appointments and maintaining client records with detailed treatment information.
  Ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of all equipment and treatment areas.
• Sales & Relationship Management:Recommending and cross-selling appropriate beauty products and additional services.Building customer loyalty through effective communication and excellent service.
