  • Perform general administration work, data entry and filing.
  • Assist to prepare quotations for clients.
  • Manage day-to-day function of accounting activities. Ie. Issuing of invoices and monitor payment collections and owings.
  • Manage and updating of accounts.
  • Good computer skills (especially MS Words and Excel).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Scheduling of work.
  • Any other duties assigned.


  • Mondays to Fridays.
  • Flexible work arrangement.
  • Malaysian EP preferred.
