We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee Islandwide merchandising and activation activities for a leading FMCG brand. The right candidate will have the opportunity to make a big impact on how products show up on shelves and engage shoppers in-store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers and promoters across Singapore.
• Make sure shelves are fully stocked, displays look great, and promotions run smoothly.
• Plan and execute roadshows, sampling programs, and consumer activation events that wow shoppers.
• Keep operations running like clockwork - from route planning to budget management.
• Regularly check stores to ensure everything meets brand standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years in FMCG merchandising, retail operations, or activations - with experience managing a team.
• Leadership: You love coaching and guiding field teams to hit KPIs and deliver results.
• Execution: Strong eye for detail, with a hands-on approach to making sure plans happen on the ground.
• Organized & Analytical: Able to track performance, optimize resources, and improve efficiency.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and field force/activation management tools.
• Others: Prefer applicant with own transport.
